What hardware does Sirtxa offer?
Sirtxa offers three main devices — Sirtxa Station (the full front desk terminal), Sirtxa Kiosk (the self check-in and customer-facing screen), and the Wireless Card Reader (powered by Stripe). Accessories include a customer facing screen, IP thermal receipt printer, cash drawer, and barcode scanner.
Is the card reader really free?
Yes. The Wireless Card Reader is included free with every Pro plan. No minimum processing volume required — just sign up for Pro and it ships with your account.
Is the hardware difficult to set up?
No. All Sirtxa hardware is plug-and-play. Connect it to your Sirtxa account and you're ready to go — most salons are up and running the same day their hardware arrives.
What payment types are accepted?
All Sirtxa hardware supports chip (EMV), contactless tap-to-pay (NFC), and major digital wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. Swipe and keyed-in transactions are also supported.
Does the hardware work if the internet goes down?
Yes. Sirtxa Station includes offline mode — tickets are saved locally and synced automatically when your connection is restored. No lost sales, no interruptions.
What is Sirtxa Pay financing?
Sirtxa Pay lets you get hardware with $0 due today and pay over time. There are no fixed fees or interest — repayments are taken as a small percentage of your daily card sales.
